Slow flow style class aimed at building alignment and core stability. We connect to breath, layering each posture so class can suit all individual needs. We hold each pose for a few breaths, allowing strengthening and deepening of the body.
Flows are changed weekly to keep the classes interesting and Yogis on their toes!

A gentle class aimed at linking breath and movement mindfully followed by a yoga nidra meditative practice to unwind. If you need some more relaxation in your life, or struggle to unwind, this class could be your answer.
Slowly flow through different postures while we create a strong focus on the breath. Within this class we will work on alignment and using the correct muscular contractions to enable us to safely hold the pose while building strength in the body.

We work hard at the start of class building strength and fire in the body with an active flow. As always we work on strengthening your muscles, building flexibility and working on your alignment but don't worry, we finish with a floor based flow to unwind you into your night, relaxing the body and muscles and end with a mini meditation!
Vinyassa means to link breath with movement. In our Vinyassa class we play around with creative flows, changing every week, usually with a different focus on different parts of the body. This class can be a little challenging at times, however poses are always layered to cater to all levels..
Our Power Flow is just as the name suggests, a powerful sequence aimed to get your blood pumping in the morning, get your body moving and your mind ready for the day ahead. We move in and out of poses and sequences quickly, moving with the breath to energize your entire being. Lots of back bends to help the body wake up too!
Our Yin Yoga classes are a beautiful blend of long held yoga poses, to stretch and release through the fascia, connective tissues and muscles of the body. We work mainly through floor based poses, connecting deeply to our breath and ourselves in the process. The practice is done in a meditative like state - perfect way to finish up your Friday!
